The underlying mechanism of Linda tokens on other chains besides Linea is powered by the LayerZero V2. It is a messaging protocol that provides more security through DVN and means of interoperability, allowing us to focus on driving usage and growth. Are the tokens secured?
Each LINDA Token minted is 100% backed by a corresponding LINDA Token on Linea Network. This is done by locking 1:1 tokens through our Omni Bridge.
At any given time, the outstanding number of LINDA tokens circulating across all supported chains will be equal to the balance of the bridge contract.
Minting on another chain through an expansion plan is conducted with LayerZero protocol to ensure high level of security, composability, and seamless integration process.
